When you use our quizzes or assessments, we collect: your name, email address, quiz responses, and basic technical data (device type, browser). We do not collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
We use your data only for the purposes you consented to: delivering your results, generating your personalized assessment, and (if you opted in) sending you related communications. We never sell your data.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States (via Supabase on AWS) with encryption in transit and at rest. We ensure comparable protection through contractual safeguards as required by Singapore's PDPA.
Quiz responses and contact data are retained for 24 months from your last interaction, then permanently deleted. Consent records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your data. Contact our DPO at privacy@funnelfuturist.com. We respond within 30 days.
